The Groves Groves Golf & Country Club is proud to host The First Tee of Tampa Bay. The First Tee program uses the game of golf to provide young people with the chance to develop life-enhancing values like confidence, perseverance and judgment. They teach a series of life skills (such as goal setting, how to meet new people, and staying healthy) in all of its programs. The First Tee shows children that golf is more than a game – it’s an opportunity to become the very best they can be.

 

Group Golf Lessons

The Groves Golf & Country Club hosts The First Tee of Tampa Bay on Saturdays with 4 sessions from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please visit their website for the monthly schedules.

Participants ages 5 – 18 receive golf instruction from qualified instructors. Children will learn the fundamentals, rules, and etiquette of the game along with life skills and the Nine Core Values.
